Books for Africa

Books for Africa is an organization with a mission to end the book famine in Africa.  They are the largest shipper of donated text and library books to the African continent.  

The University of Idaho has partnered with this organization to collect donated books from students.  There are cardboard containers where students can drop off books which they would like to donate at various locations throughout our campus.  These books are then organized, packed, and shipped to the Books for Africa Warehouse and then shipped to Africa for their use.
