Vandal Fitness Challenge

 

About The Vandal Fitness Challenge is a 10 week fitness challenge for students, staff, and faculty. Participants are initially tested in the first week of the challenge. The testing consists of 6 basic fitness tests; dot jumps, pushups, situps, plank time, flexibilty and body fat percentage.
