Flow Yoga:
Music-inspired Vinyasa practice with a focus on breath, strength, flexibility and balance. This class will keep the body flowing to help rejuvenate and relax, providing modifications for all levels.
Sunrise Yoga:
Move into balance! Yoga Practice brings strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. We work with your strength and your weakness in this class.
