That could mean a certified cycling or gravity instructor that encourages you to reach further with your training. It could also be one of our certified yoga instructors helping you find the right balance in your practice. It could also be the certified personal trainer who listens to your concerns about an area you are having difficulty with so she can suggest alternative exercises.
