There is never a wrong time to try a class or meet with a personal trainer at the Student Recreation Center

The University of Idaho Fitness and Wellness programs are designed to empower you. The classes are about you. About finding inspiration in the time you spend on yourself.

That could mean a certified cycling or gravity instructor that encourages you to reach further with your training. It could also be one of our certified yoga instructors helping you find the right balance in your practice. It could also be the certified personal trainer who listens to your concerns about an area you are having difficulty with so she can suggest alternative exercises.
