Women's Lacrosse

As the Lacrosse Club we focus on having fun and playing lacrosse. It's a way to bond with other girls, meet new friends, and learn to play lacrosse, (no matter what your experience is, we accept all talent, or none).

We have played games again WSU, Gonzaga, BSU, Whitman, Montana University in the past and hope to do so again this year. We are creating a strong and lasting team here at U of I and we want you apart of our team! Hope to see you out there! You can join at any time!

EQUIPMENT: 

STICK:

There is a need to buy a stick. Various brands are available, getting one on Amazon or online is good because it’s easy. Or when you go home you can pick one up, you don’t need one right away but you will want to get one as soon as possible.

GOGGLES:

There are special eye wear, it’s the only protection we do have. When we start playing games you will need to have these.

MOUTHGAURD:

$1.99 at the store.

PRACTICES:

Tues/Thurs: 8:30pm-9:30pm on the sprint turf Wed: 5:30pm on the field by the turf.
