1. Form a team (3-5 people) and designate a team captain. Register your Team
(you will need the names and emails of your team members and an awesome team name).
2. Stay active. It's that simple. As long as you are movin' and shakin', it counts.
3. Eat healthy and in moderation but enjoy the holiday fare.
4. Submit points weekly, beginning on Nov. 24. Team captains will enter in all points and submit them online.
