WHAT CAN CAMP PROVIDE?
UI-CAMP provides assistance in three areas to help students succeed at the University of Idaho:
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
UI-CAMP provides a supplemental scholarship to qualified students who attend the Univeristy of Idaho. The UI-CAMP scholarship will help assist with the cost of tuition, room and board, books, and transportation.
UI-CAMP students may also receive additional support from the University of Idaho through:
- Financial Aid application and processing
- Follow-up services for continuing students
- CAMP Diversity scholarships for continuing UI-CAMP students from their sophomore to senior year of study
- Out-of-state tuition waiver
- Health service referral
ACADEMIC ASSISTANCE
- Assistance with application process, such as, UI Admissions, Financial Aid, & Housing
- Academic Advising
- Personalized tutoring
- Student Advocacy
- Computer/Registration Workshops
SOCIAL/CULTURAL EVENTS
- Orientation Retreat
- Career Day
- Cesar Chavez Celebration
- Leadership Retreat
