Meeting Minutes for October 16, 2003

Here's the minutes!
There's a lot going on so be sure to look these over carefully and let us know if you want
to get involved!
Trapshoot
Postponed but tentatively rescheduled the same day as highway clean-up (November 2nd).
Corral Creek Assessment Day
Went very well.
We will contact everyone about the Work Day (tentatively Oct. 25) as soon as we know about
the permit.
Soup Feed
October 29th

T-shirts
Were ordered. Will be getting 25 short-sleeved, 10 long-sleeved.
Will be at next meeting so bring some money.
Big Game Check Stations
Dates throughout October and November.

Ag and CNR Career Fair (February)

Opportunity to make money by bringing in new employers and refreshments, etc.
Winchester Wolf Center Trip
Since not everyone could go last time that wanted to, we are going to make another trip.
Club will pay the $3 to go so if you are interested, sign-up with Mackenzie (shar3840@uidaho.edu)
Highway Clean-up
Stretch between Troy and Deary.
Tentatively November 2nd (should take only a couple hours)

Way into Spring but we have some possible dates for our end of the year trip –

Logger sports is selling firewood, $125 a cord

AgDays this weekend (October 17-19)
Canned Food Drive Competition is getting started! If we win, we get a pizza party!
ASUI Leadership Series- next one October 21st in commons (crest room).
