Trapshoot October 3rd @ Palouse Shooters
I heard it was a good time!
Waterfowl check stations October 4-5. We had one volunteer go.
Corral Creek Assessment Day October 7th.
Directions: HW 8 to Helmer,
Left @ Helmer store, left at railroad tracks.
Troy has a van reserved: 8:05 gravel gold lot
Winchester Wolf Research Center Trip - October 10th
Carpooling
$10 per person
We are at our capacity so we will only be able to take those who signed-up. Troy should have already contacted you
but just a reminder: we are meeting in the gravel gold lot at 3:45 p.m.
October and November Big Game Check Stations
Troy has sign-up sheet, contact him if interested (tyhinck@hotmail.com) or sign up at next meeting.
We may have a guest speaker: Ralph Flowers from WDFW in mid-November
T-shirts are being ordered!
SAC Report:
2 new clubs: Society of Arboriculture and Society of American Fire Ecology
SAC is starting a college-wide club vs. club food or teddy bear drive.
Still working on the details but the winning club will have a pizza party!
Also SAC has taken on some new projects and is looking for committee members in the follow areas:
Community outreach programs, adopt-a-preserve, and college-wide conservation awareness program.
