Kappa Delta Philanthropy

	Girl scouts of the USA Kappa Delta sponsors Girl Scout troops groups. We mentor scouts on becoming troop leaders, and we also help the scouts earn patches and even our very own Kappa Delta patch.
	Prevent Child Abuse America Kappa Delta pursues an America that is child abuse free. We have many events that promote our pursuits in this philanthropy.
	Shamrock Events Since 1984, Kappa Delta chapters throughout the nation have held shamrock events. Zeta Chi's shamrock event is called the Shamrock Cup, a weekend long soccer tournament.
	Children's Hospital Richmond, Virginia In 1991, Kappa Deltas in our founding state became interested in the fine work being done by a pioneer in treating polio victims. They continue to support Children’s Hospital through its annual gift of $25,000 from the Children in Need Fund of the Kappa Delta Foundation and from financial contributions made by chapters and alumnae associations.
