Included Services & Utilities

We provide a Community Center for our apartment residents to host various events. The Community Center can be booked without charge by emailing the Housing Office at housing@uidaho.edu. Please include your name, preferred time and date, and event details so we can work to schedule a time for your use.

Please note that the Community Center is a community space, and alcohol may not be consumed there.

Apartment Community Assistants are your neighbors, and they help answer questions and concerns of apartment residents, as well as coordinate community programs such as the Spring Carnival, community BBQs, children activities and more. If you would like to see a particular program, have a specific concern at the apartments or are interested in becoming an ACA, talk to your ACA directly. ACAs have designated signs on their apartments; otherwise you can contact them in emergencies through our 24-Hour Information Desk at 208-885-7379.

We have a dedicated maintenance staff to support you with any issues you may have with your living space and to insure your needs are being met quickly and consistently. Maintenance concerns could include burnt out light bulbs, clogged sinks, dead batteries in your fire alarms, etc. You can submit a service request at any time. Our staff is committed to addressing issues within 72 hours, although we often resolve issues much quicker.

If you notice any issues during move-in, please feel free to submit a service request and note it on your ACF.

The grounds are maintained by the university, freeing you from any yard work needs. Please help our groundskeepers by keeping walkways clear and help our community by avoiding hazardous or unsightly items on your front or back porches. If you have any grounds-keeping concerns, you may submit them through a service request on VandalWeb.

Please remember that all pets must be registered with University Housing in order to live in the apartment. Residents are allowed up to two registered cats and/or birds and approved service animals. Residents with pets must also pay a $300 deposit for any potential pet-related damages or cleaning that may be necessary. Please check the agreement or contact us for more information about pet registration and policies.

Our apartments are equipped with safe playgrounds and a large greenspace. For the safety of your children, please remember to supervise them at all times while they are enjoying the community, especially on the play equipment. Additionally, if you are looking for child care services near the apartments, the university offers phenomenal services through the Children’s Center that can care for and help your children grow.

The serpentine roadway that winds through the apartments was designed for emergency vehicle usage to provide safe and quick access to the apartments. You're welcome to park along the serpentine for up to 30 minutes while loading or unloading your car. To keep the serpentine clear in emergencies, please do not park overnight.
