Spirit Squad

The coed Vandal Sprit Squad features high-energy crowd-cheering, partner stunts, pyramids, tumbling and dance performances. The Vandals are looking for talented, energetic and articulate young men and women who are enthusiastic about cheering for some of the most dynamic athletic teams in the Big Sky and Sun Belt conferences!

The Spirit Squad is an important aspect of game production and public relations for the University of Idaho. Cheerleaders serve as ambassadors for UI in a variety of ways, including cheering at all home games, participating in university events and community appearances.
