Idaho Legislative Internships
Have you thought about a Legislative Internship in Idaho’s Statehouse in Boise? Non-partisan, full-time internships are available with the Legislative Services Office, with the Joint Finance and Appropriations Committee, and with similar Legislative groups and committees. These internships will look great on your resume, and will help you learn valuable skills. You will be able to network with legislators and business leaders across the state. Academic credit is usually available through your home department, or through the Career Center as Interdisciplinary (INTR) internship credit. D.C. Internships with Jim Risch and Senator Mike Crapo
Idaho’s elected leaders in Washington, D.C. are seeking interns from the University of Idaho. These internships offer valuable experience for any major, and provide students and recent alumni with valuable networking opportunities. Senator Jim Risch and Senator Mike Crapo both have several internship positions open for fall, spring and summer. Paid, full-time internships are available in Washington, D.C., and in their state office in Boise. Unpaid, part-time internships can be found in regional offices around the state. Academic credit is usually available through your home department, or through the Career Center as Interdisciplinary (INTR) internship credit.
