Current Students
It’s no secret that each student within the College of Science is unique in terms of their personality and career aspirations. In fact, many students in our college take their bachelor’s degree and enter the workforce immediately as first-rate functioning scientists. From a research and development scientist with Roche Pharmaceuticals or Schweitzer Engineering to an environmental consultant, to a high school science teacher, students with a B.S. in a science-related degree are in demand.
In addition, many of our students chose to build on their undergraduate education and enter professional or medical school. These individuals become doctors, dentists, physical therapists and nurses. Regardless of which track is best for you, you can be confident knowing that with a solid educational foundation from the University of Idaho, you will have the skills and experience necessary to compete with anyone and to be a tremendous contributor and impact player in your chosen career.
