UI Prof Works with International Team to Study How Plants Evolved to Weather the Cold

MOSCOW, Idaho – Dec. 22, 2013 – A team of plant researchers including University of Idaho biologist David Tank has assembled the largest dated evolutionary tree, using it to show the order in which flowering plants evolved specific strategies, such as the seasonal shedding of leaves, to move into areas with cold winters. Everyone on Earth is in Scientifically Significant New Image of Saturn

Chemistry Professor, University Icon Malcolm Renfrew Remembered
