URO Electron Microscopy Center (McClure 120)
Capabilities include a variety of analytical tools: SEM, TEM, X-ray Microanalysis, Powder XRD, Polarized and Fluorescence Light Microscopy. Sample preparation includes: carbon & noble-metal coaters, critical point dryer, ultramicrotome
