Inspections of university facilities on the Moscow campus are performed on an annual basis by the Idaho Division of Building Safety (DBS) in conjunction with Environmental Health and Safety. DBS also performs annual inspections of off-campus facilities in conjunction with appropriate unit administrators or their designees.

In addition to providing information regarding the policies and procedures that pertain to DBS facility inspections, this webpage contains checklists and other tools that may be used by units to perform periodic self-assessments of work spaces and equipment for the presence of hazards as well as to audit compliance with university safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
