The University of Idaho ResNet team provides a broad range of technical support for Auxiliary Services, including for all students residing in University Housing.

As a team, ResNet has the knowledge to troubleshoot most technologies and we can answer any questions that you may have.

We are conveniently located in the Wallace Residence Complex, in close proximity to all the residence halls. This helps to minimize the time to correct any problems a student may be experiencing, which allows them to continue toward success in their academic goals.

• We assist in setting up and troubleshooting both wired and wireless network access on campus

Hardware and Software Troubleshooting

• We help to determine the cause of computer hardware problems and advise on the best course of action to get your system back up and running

• We can give you a basic understanding, use, and purpose of your software

Operating System Installation and Setup

• We install new operating systems on your computer for you and get basic settings configured for efficient use of your computer

• We inspect computers and advise you on the alternatives available to remove malicious programs and clean your computer for you
