Debbie Storrs

Debbie Storrs is a Professor of Sociology and the Associate Dean of the College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences at the University of Idaho. Debbie’s research focuses on inequalities with a particular interest in understanding how marginalized groups and communities respond to inequities.  She has recently studied low income Idahoans’ access to health care, especially how people work individually and collectively to have their health care needs met.

She serves as a co-project director for the Micron STEM Education Research Initiative and brings her research and leadership skills to the STEM Education Research Project.
