Resources
Everyone reacts to trauma, sexual abuse and assault in different and individual ways. Whatever you are feeling, it is a normal and a natural part of your personal coping and survival skills at work. Seeking help with friends, advocates, and/or counselors, is your right and does not mean that you are abnormal!
If you would like to find out more about the recovery process and possible options for seeking help, reporting, or just finding new and healthier ways to cope, you can call or come in and speak to someone in the Violence Prevention Programs / Dean of Students Office located in room 232 of the Teaching & Learning Center, (208) 885-2956.
