There are several types of claims that Risk Management needs to be notified of in a timely manner.
- An accident report needs to be completed for all accidents. The report form designates where to send the report form.
- A Vehicle Accident Report Form should be carried in all university owned vehicle and in all vehicles rented on behalf of the University of Idaho. The Vehicle Accident Report Form is part of the Vehicle Accident Claims Kit. A Vehicle Accident Claims Kit can be requested by emailing email@example.com.
