For underwriting and premium calculation purposes, annually university deans and units are asked to provide an annual Foreign Travel Report to Risk regarding overseas activities, equipment, and travel by employees. Travel should only be reported for employees. Travel to Canada is exempt from reporting.
Units will receive the Foreign Travel Report form from Risk in an email. If the unit has travel to report but didn't get an email request contact Risk to let them know that you will be reporting travel and find out the deadline for reporting to the State.
