Request for Innovations
The University of Idaho seeks to engage our broader faculty, staff and students in shaping our institution for the future. This fall the Provost Council and Faculty Senate have approved a concept wherein proposals will be invited. We will seek proposals for new interdisciplinary collaborations; for new structures, such as combining key programs to grow our strengths; or emphasizing highly current and timely areas of study and endeavor, such as the environment or sustainable development. We will seek new innovations that can further position the University for continued relevance and impact on undergraduate and graduate education, scholarly and creative activity, and outreach and engagement to solve some of the world’s most vexing challenges.Strategic Innovation Initiatives
