University of Idaho President Duane Nellis joined Joan Cartan-Hansen and Marcia Franklin for a live statewide broadcast on the program “Dialogue” on Thursday, Sept. 17 at 7:30 p.m. P.T./8:30 p.m. M.T. It was carried on the statewide stations of Idaho Public Television:
