Elissa Keim, Director of Professional Development and Learning
Elissa is responsible for the overall strategic design, development and implementation of employee learning and development solutions at the University of Idaho. She provides oversight of professional and skills development opportunities, development and delivery of leadership, and supervisory skill training, team building activities, facilitation services, and individual, community and organizational training needs assessment.
Julie Lang Lorentz, PDL Training Coordinator
Julie provides coordination of workshops and other employee learning and development activities. Her responsibilities include planning and scheduling workshops. workshop registration, advertising and marketing, and liaising with workshop presenters.
Dixie Kearney, PDL Training Specialist
Dixie provides design and delivery for a variety of employee learning and development programs. Additionally, she coordinates and monitors the University’s Banner Training Program and assists in assessment of individual, community or organizational training and development needs.
Glenda Bull, Learning Management Systems Coordinator
Glenda provides support for the University's central employee learning record system. She is the primary point of contact for gathering employee learning and development records and generating related reports.
