Welcome

Professional Development and Learning (PD&L) is a resource for all U of I employees.  The Training offered through PD&L gives employees the ability to sharpen the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for their jobs and career growth.  Classes cover a broad spectrum of subjects designed to meet the needs of every employee and department.  Some of our training includes team building, workshops, meeting and group facilitation, performance coaching, and management and supervisory development and support.
