To save you time, before appealing your citation, please consider the following information:
- Lack of knowledge of the parking regulations does not constitute a valid excuse
- If an emergency or extenuating circumstance is the reason for your appeal, evidence must be submitted at the time of appeal, examples of proper evidence include medical notes, receipts, tow receipts, etc.

Having Trouble Finding a Citation?
- If it is the same date that the citation was written, please wait one day and return to this website to submit your appeal; citations are not in the system until the day after they have been written
- Towards the bottom of the citation, it states "citation must be paid or appealed prior to DATE", if today is the date written here on the citation, or it is after this date, you can no longer appeal the citation and it must be paid
IMPORTANT
Text submitted for an appeal cannot exceed 300 words or 2000 characters, appeal will not be accepted if it exceeds these limits
