Parking and Transportation Services manages events on campus in order to limit and/or mitigate the impact of additional vehicle traffic on campus, while providing the event patron with clear information about parking in order to make access convenient and effective. It is the responsibility of the event host/organizer to contact PTS and make arrangements for event parking services. Access to events on campus and contributing to positive visitor experiences by adequately facilitating event parking, is a priority for PTS.
Requests for event parking services must be submitted to PTS a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date. Late requests may incur additional fees or may not be able to be completed as requested. The Event Request form can be found at right, under Quick Links.
