Commencement

Getting to Commencement
The 2014 Spring Commencement ceremony is located in the Kibbie dome. All vehicle access to the Kibbie dome is via Stadium Drive from 6th Street to the general parking areas located west and north of the Kibbie dome. There will be no access to Kibbie dome parking lots from Perimeter Drive.

General Parking
General parking for anyone attending the commencement ceremony or the processional is available in any of the lots highlighted in gray on the Commencement Site Map. Additionally, all regular colored lots on campus (Gold, Red, Blue, Purple, and Silver) do not require permits on Saturdays and are available for parking.

Disability Parking
Disability parking for the ceremony is located on the upper west side of the Kibbie dome. We ask that Disability permits are visible upon entering the west side of the dome and are displayed once parked. A University of Idaho Disability permit is NOT required on commencement day. Disability parking areas are highlighted in light blue on the map nearest the individual college celebration sites to be held after the main ceremony. For more information on commencement ceremony disability access please see the University Support Services page.

Drop-offs
Vehicles may drop off passengers on the west side of the dome only. Vehicles will not be allowed to access the east side of the dome for drop-offs.

RV Parking
Parking for RV's is available at no cost beginning Thursday, May 15, at 5 p.m. in lot 110 (see map). RV's may also park in the on-street parking areas on either Nez Perce Drive or Perimeter Drive. There are no RV hook-ups on campus.
