Brand Positioning

The University of Idaho leads as one of the nation’s premier land-grant research universities. We are the flagship institution of our state, the first choice for students, and first in statewide responsibility.

The brand positioning statement is an internal declaration of the position an organization seeks to hold in its competitive market. Not a mission or vision statement – the positioning takes the work of the organization and translates it into goals for how work will be perceived among most critical audiences.
