    Is there a way to develop my proposal online?
    OSP has an agreement for use of the Cayuse424 proposal development software.  With this software you may download many Federal grant opportunities and create your proposal within the system.  You may then upload that information into the University's electronic proposal routing system (EIPRS) to manage the approvals process.

    Training information on the Cayuse424 proposal development system is located on the OSP Training tab.  Additional help is available from your Sponsored Programs Administrator.
