Forms and Meeting Schedule

A protocol form must be submitted in electronic format to the IACUC (iacuc@uidaho.edu) for review of all projects utilizing live and dead vertebrate animals. The surgery form must be completed and submitted with any protocol in which a surgical procedure is being performed. A separate surgery form must be completed for each surgical procedure. Both forms are in the same file.

Protocols in pain category C, as described in the protocol form, may be submitted at any time for designated member review which requires approximately 2 weeks from submission.  Protocols in pain categories D or E require full committee review. In order for all committee members to have adequate time to review the materials prior to meeting the following submission deadlines will be strictly enforced.
