- February 17, 2014: The portal will be required for submissions
*We highly encourage you to submit your protocols using the portal. This new system will allow you to track your protocols after submission, clearly see deadlines and expiration information, and streamline the review and approval process.

Signing up to the portal:
to have an account set up for you in the portal. You should receive an email notifying you that your account has been created within 2 business days of submitting your information.
