MOSCOW, Idaho – The Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival is seeking volunteers to help during the 2013 festival, which takes place Feb. 20-23. Volunteer registration opens Saturday, Nov. 3. U-Idaho’s Alternative Spring Break Service Trips Include Idaho Communities, too
