Twentieth Annual Engineering Design EXPO Announces Winners

MOSCOW, Idaho – The University of Idaho Student Union Building was home to robots, snowmobiles, submarines and other student-built engineering projects April 26 for the 20th annual Engineering Design EXPO. Teams of senior students from U-Idaho’s College of Engineering displayed and presented their hands-on projects to the university community and the public.

Crepeau Serves as PI on Nuclear Regulatory Commission Grant

John Crepeau, professor and chair of mechanical engineering, was the principal investigator on a $200,000 grant from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The grant provided funding for graduate fellowships for students who are doing nuclear energy related research. University students in both Moscow and Idaho Falls will be assisted by these funds.

Wolbrecht Serves as Co-PI
