University Housing Volunteer Request for Fall Check-in 2012

University Housing would like to invite all University faculty and staff to become Fall 2012 Check-in volunteers.
University Housing officials request the help of University members who are interested in donating their time to join us in welcoming  new and returning residence hall students to the 2012-2013 academic year. Help our students `Live More and Learn More’ on Aug. 16 and 17.

Interested volunteers can sign up for time slots during the following days and times:
August 16 : 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
August 17: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Check-in will take place at our Wallace Residence Center, Living Learning Communities, Theophilus Tower, McConnell Residence Hall and Targhee Residence Hall. The first 100 volunteers will be provided with t-shirts. All volunteers will be provided with a name tag, water, snacks and a resting location in our LLC Classrooms during the move-in process.

University of Idaho volunteers are essential in inspiring our new and returning students to have successful university experiences. Meeting our “Vandal Family” helps foster a strong connection between our students and the university; which encourages them to become active and thriving members of the University of Idaho and Moscow community.
