UI-Only Search: Interim Associate Director of Institutional Research and Assessment

Institutional Research and Assessment is seeking applications from current UI employees only (faculty, staff and temporary) for the interim associate director position. The associate director of Institutional Research and Assessment monitors the university’s compliance with Northwest Commission on College and Universities’ mandates and guidelines, reviews degree program changes for substantive change reporting, prepares those and other periodic reports to NWCCU and the Idaho State Board of Education. This position supports departments in preparation for specialized accreditation. In addition, the Associate Director coordinates the campus-wide program review and assessment processes by developing and disseminating official guidelines, conducting workshops, and working with faculty to improve student learning. It is expected that this appointment will be concurrent with the successful applicants current position. This position requires a master’s degree in educational leadership, research or evaluation, public or business administration or similar field.
