Some Admin Building Offices Temporarily Relocated

Heating and air conditioning upgrades in the south half of the Administration Building have forced the movement of several offices.  Most of the moves should be completed this week.  All phone numbers will remain the same. Most offices are expected to return to their original locations in late Fall.

First Floor:
-       College of Letters, Arts, & Science:  Most of the CLASS offices have moved to Room 215 (the old bookstore space) in the Commons.  Look here for more specific information: www.uidaho.edu/class/news-and-information/on-the-move.
-       The General Counsel Office will move to the McKinstry Trailer next to Facilities (Building #801 -- Facilities Services Annex).
-       ITS is expected to move in late Summer or early Fall.   They will likely be relocated to the Facilities Annex after General Counsel moves back into the Admin.

Second Floor:
-        Ron Town, ITS, will move from Room 228 to Suite 210.

Third Floor:
-       The Martin institute has temporarily relocated to Rooms 305C and 328. Kelli Schrand is in 328, and Bill Smith is in 305C. When they have grad students there, they are overflowing into Room 330 on an “as needed” basis.
-       JAMM -- Kenton Bird and Diane McGarry have relocated to Rooms RTV31 and RTV32 in the Radio-TV Annex behind KUID.
