Sherman J. Bellwood Memorial Lecture

Wm. T. (Bill) RobinsonIII, president of the American Bar Association, will deliver the 2011-12 Sherman J. Bellwood Memorial Lecture at the University of Idaho on Tuesday, Sept. 13, at 3:30 p.m., in the Administration Building Auditorium on the Moscow campus.  
 
Robinson’s lecture is titled, "The American Judiciary: Underfunded, Misunderstood and More Important than Ever.” The presentation is free and open to the public.

The Bellwood program in Moscow will be coupled with presentations at the College of Law courtroom that celebrate the 220th anniversary of the U.S. Bill of Rights. Topics will include the First Amendment and the issue of states’ rights under the Tenth Amendment.
