Shades of Black 8: Evolution

Shades of Black is a celebration of the different textures and dimensions of the Black experience through the performing arts. Featuring individuals and groups from campuses and communities from across the region, Shades of Black has established itself as one of the most dynamic showcases to ever be held at the University of Idaho.

This year’s theme is “Evolution,” a theme that is meant to capture the consciousness of a generation that finds itself at the precipice; that defining moment in which each one of us has to ask ourselves the question, “Are you who you have the potential to be?”

The show is free to everyone with doors opening at 5 p.m at the University of Idaho Student Union Building Ballroom.
