Moscow Science on Tap presents "Smarter Pedestrian Buttons still Require Smart Pedestrians" by Dr. Richard Wall, professor, department of electrical and computer engineering, University of Idaho on Thursday, Dec. 8 at 6 p.m. at Angry Bear Restaurant in the Eastside Marketplace parking lot. Moscow Science on Tap is a place where anyone can learn about science in a casual atmosphere and is held on the second Thursday of each month.
