Incorrect Blue Cross & CVS ID Cards

A new Blue Cross of Idaho identification card that references ESI (Express Scripts, Inc.) as the pharmacy benefit manager for your pharmacy benefits was recently sent to you in error. Blue Cross of Idaho is sending a replacement card, to be mailed the week of Jan. 7, 2013.
The University of Idaho selected CVS/Caremark as the pharmacy benefit manager for your group effective Jan.1, 2013. You should have received a Temporary CVS/Caremark Pharmacy card with instructions to present this card when purchasing prescription drugs. This Temporary card may have the incorrect middle initial. This will not appear on your Permanent card and will not prevent you from using your Temporary card to fill a prescription. Please use the new Temporary CVS/Caremark card for your pharmacy benefits.
Until you receive the new Blue Cross of Idaho card, you may continue to use the card you received for full access to your medical benefits. When you receive the new Blue Cross of Idaho card, please destroy the Blue Cross of Idaho card referencing ESI. Please retain the CVS/Caremark card, as this card is correct and you will need it to access your pharmacy benefits.
If you have difficulty filling a prescription, please call the customer service number on the back of your Blue Cross of Idaho identification card or the Customer Service number on the back of the CVS/Caremark card. You can call and speak to a customer service representative, even while you are in the store, to help resolve the problem.
