HR MESSAGE: HR Extends Big Thank You for PDQ Results

Congratulations and thank you to all staff and their supervisors who contributed to completing and submitting Position Description Questionnaires (PDQs) by last Wednesday’s deadline. Personally, I am heartened with how seriously everyone took this task and the effort made to do a great job in such a limited time-frame. We achieved 97.1 percent participation which, according to Sibson Consulting, is phenomenal for an institution of our size. In addition, they commented on the quality of the responses. Because of this effort, we have the best data available to move forward with the Classification and Compensation study.
