Cultural Competency is a workplace and general skill that allows us to be effective and productive within today's very diverse settings. It means having the ability to recognize and respond to our similarities and differences and make better decisions based on that understanding. This workshop explores cultural competency and how to add it to our own skill set. This session will NOT occur April 5 at 10 a.m. in Admin 217.
