Campus Smoking Survey Participants Wanted

Do you have an opinion about smoking on campus?

If yes, you are 18 years or older, and wish to participate in the short survey (2-5 mins) then please click on this link.

The data collected by this survey will provide the Public Health - Idaho North Central District with a better idea of the smoking policy opinions and will help the Idaho Health Department to determine what changes the school would like to see in order to make campus a safer and healthier place.

The University of Idaho Institutional Review Board has certified this protocol as exempt (Protocol 12-123).
