Everyday Leadership, our conference theme stems from our keynote speaker Drew Dudley’s philosophy that we’ve made leadership into something bigger than us, something unattainable. Dudley believes that we all have done something that we made someone’s life better by what you said or did - a lollipop moment. Leadership, he explains, should be about how many lollipop moments you can acknowledge and share every day.
