ATS Replacement Process Temporarily Delayed

Implementation of the new PeopleAdmin's Talent Management System, the replacement for the Applicant Tracking System, has been temporarily delayed to allow for other priority projects to be completed.

"Like the classification study, this project is labor-intensive and deserves significant care and attention to manage well. Human Resources must temporarily focus on other projects until mid-January when we will pick this project back up," said Greg Walters, executive director for human resources.

When fully implemented the new Talent Management System will provide a more user-friendly, comprehensive tool to help our hiring processes. It will also improve our compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations. The next update will be in January.
