Alumni Association to Host April 5 Awards Ceremony in Moscow

MOSCOW, Idaho – The University of Idaho Alumni Association will bestow awards to four individuals at its annual spring Silver and Gold celebration Thursday, April 5 at the University Inn Best Western, 1516 Pullman Rd. in Moscow. A social hour begins at 6 p.m., followed by presentations of awards. M. Duane Nellis, U-Idaho president, will be a special guest. The event is open to public.
 
Awards and recipients are:
 
  • The Jim Lyle Award honoring volunteer service to the University of Idaho will be presented to Nancy Lyle '56 of Moscow.

  • Silver and Gold Award honoring a distinguished record of achievement and service will be presented to Richard C. Hundrup '75, Healy, Alaska.

  • Honorary Alumni recognition honoring faithful and distinguished service to the University of Idaho will be presented to Gaylen and Mary Margaret Wood of Moscow.

Registration is requested before March 30. Tickets costs are:  $25 adults, $15 for graduates of the last decade and $10 for children. Online registration is available at www.uirsvp.com.
