Annual American Fisheries Society Salmon Bake
Thursday, November 5 at 11:30 AM to 1:30 AM
The Palouse Student Unit of the American Fisheries Society (PUAFS) will host its annual fall Salmon Bake Luncheon on Thursday, Nov. 5, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
The event raises funds for the unit, with money put toward educational opportunities and professional development for student members. The luncheon features 30 pounds of Chinook salmon filets, along with side dishes, desserts and beverages provided by PUAFS members and College of Natural Resources faculty and staff.
Cost is $7 per person, which includes salmon, side dishes, desserts and a beverage. Following PUAFS' sustainability practices, guests who provide their own tableware (plate and silverware) will receive a $2 discount. Luncheon entrance is in the CNR building West Lobby.
