Outdoor Program Director Appointed to Advisory Council
February 15, 2017
In January, Outdoor Program Director Trevor Fulton was appointed to a three-year term on the Coeur d'Alene District Resource Advisory Council by then-Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell. Fulton represents academicians in the field of natural resource management on the council.
Resource Advisory Councils are composed of citizens from diverse backgrounds who share an interest in public lands. Although the councils are solely advisory in nature, the contributions of council members are of great value to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and have aided in the development of balanced decisions that serve the interests of all public land users.
